Mary Kathryn calls to get the shape of what you're planning: the space, the timeline, what's driving the project, and what you'd like it to become. Ten minutes, and then she gets you on Sean's calendar.
An hour on site with Sean
Sean comes to your home and walks the space with you. Then he sits down and tells you what this project actually looks like: what's possible in the rooms you have, what it takes to build, how the investment breaks down, and how we'd approach it. You'll get his advice in person, from the person who owns the company, not a proposal in the mail three weeks later.
